On behalf of the 2024 AUTC Committee, I am excited to announce that voting for the AUTC 2024 Photo Competition is now open! Here’s everything you need to know to participate and vote fairly:
0. Star-Based Voting: You have a chance to rate all images on a scale of 0 to 5 stars, instead of our previous like-based method. The images with the highest star rating at closing time wins the category.
1. Anonymised Submissions: All submissions are shown anonymously to keep the voting impartial. You’ll be judging each photo based on its merit without knowing the identity of the photographer.
2. Share the Link, But Keep it Fair: Feel free to share the link of this page with friends and family. However, please remember that using bots, like farms, or any form of artificial boosting is strictly prohibited. Let’s keep this competition honourable and let the best photos win based on genuine votes.
3. Theme Fit: Most submissions have been placed in categories chosen by the photographers. When voting, please also consider how well each photo fits the theme of its category.
4. Voting Period: Voting will remain open for the next 4 weeks, closing at 11:59PM, Sunday 8 December (NZDT). Make sure to cast your vote in time, and enjoy viewing the amazing moments captured by our club members.
