FWPhys.com may, from time to time and for artistic and educational purposes, display images generated from my local Stable Diffusion installation. Please look out for special watermarks such as the one above that distinguish such images.
In the image generation process, in addition to the pre-trained base model offered by Stability AI, I may leverage additional styles and Low-Rank Adaptations (LoRAs) trained on a diverse collection of landscape and architecture photography I have personally produced over several years. This model, enabled by stable diffusion technologies, can also be used to generate portraits and artwork featuring fictional characters.
FWPhys AI-powered artworks strictly adhere to the acceptable use policy set out by the technology provider. In addition, we would like to set out the following ethical boundaries and standards.
Reproducibility
FWPhys aims to account for the vast body of scientific work that enables the current landscape of media generation technologies, and will gradually engage in the popular scientific media aspect of the development. In addition, we aim to make the workflow and prompt words public for all generated images, where appropriate.
Non-Commercial Uses only
FWPhys will not commercially use any AI-generated images. Stable diffusion outputs may be consulted aspects of future art, such as the style, palette, and composition, but all suggestions will be manually recreated.
Rights and Privacy
In the preparation of the personal LoRA, I have excluded all images featuring real people. Still, our model generates portraits and depictions of fictional characters. These images are entirely the product of the algorithm and do not represent real individuals, living or deceased. Any resemblance to actual persons is purely coincidental.
Intellectual Property
The artwork generated by AI reflects a synthetic creation inspired by the style and subject matter of the original human work. These images are intended for artistic expression and do not replicate specific scenes or existing artworks directly.
Social Responsibility
FWPhys is committed to ethical practices in the use of AI technologies. This includes responsible data management, avoiding the creation of deceptive or harmful content, and ensuring that AI-generated works do not misrepresent reality or contribute to misinformation.
