To me, the best place for Voyagers to end up is an on-board museum in a future ship, which catches up and displays them to celebrate humanity's first steps out of the comfort of its home system.

Proper 3D version coming one day too … Current attempt looks miserable.

I read https://doi.org/10.1038/s41550-021-01363-7 recently and am really happy to know Voyagers still are frontier pilots of our understanding of astrophysics.
