The Universe has its humour. Earlier today something resumed that once cost me my ability to focus on science: not the skill, not the appetite for it. The foundation. It is hard to look far when you are unsure what you are standing on.
Nothing stops the moon from blocking the sun, or the planet from sweeping through a debris field. An eclipse and a shower maximum in one night. The sky kept its appointment.
